    jpgs have no layers so you'll have to remove the old text and add in new text the old fashion way.

    If the text is embedded, and you do not have an original image, you can use the clone, healing brush, or other techniques to remove the text, then add a new text layer and type what you want, if you'd like, PM me and we'll see about helpin you out.
