how to edit ads space in themes

    Hey Guys,
    I have installed theme but the problem that i want to edit ADS space in the themes
    for example :
    at the top it should be 728x90 but it is 468x60 !!
    how can i do that ?
    what is the best plugin to put ads in posts?
    how to put ads on site skin ?
    you know what i mean,how to fully manage my ads space ?
