How to edit a post without bump

    I want to edit my post which is posted a few days ago. When I click on the bump/edit, i must bump it before edit. Currently, I just want to edit the post without bump it. How to do this??

    You can only do it if it was within 8 hours of being made. After that, you would need to bump it (since bumping resets the edit window for another 8 hours).

    If I bump and edit the thread, can i still edit another thread (which is created more than 8 hours) within 30 days? To make it more clear, can i edit a thread (which is created more than 8 hours) after I lost the ability in bumping.

    No... you can edit a post within 8 hours of making it. If you bump a thread, you can edit that post for another 8 hour window.
