Hello. Im currently trying to figure out the fastest way to bulk upload tweets. Im trying to make a CSV file in excel, but im having problems with the time. Is there anyway i can autofill the increments to post every 5 minutes of each day? I realize you can only schedule 350 tweets per time but how can i autofill the times so i dont have to individually type in every 5 minutes? When i grab the side and pull down it skips to the next day and has the same time. I just want my account posting every hour.

This amount of tweets will ensure that nobody will be following you - which in turn will drastically reduce your follower and seo juice. Which I guess you are looking for.

Just bombarding people with tons of content so you can appear in the searches will not work either - because twitter ranks people who post like this far below everybody else.
I rather suggest going for maybe different accounts for different topics and a maximum of 2-3 postings per hour and have a normal content plan and proper use of hashtags.

To come back to your question: Hootsuite has a posting mechanism with csv import, most of the tool sets available (ifttt, zapier) work well together with blogs and feeds, however you will run into the problem of amount and posting time again.
