how to earn with this site

I have www.soccerworldvideo.com

it is PR2. I have adbrite on there and adwords.

What more can I do to help it earn small cash.

Right now, nothing.

It looks like you've done a decent job setting the site up. It's a good idea, and the execution looks alright. I would work on adding more targeted content to see if you can drive more traffic there and get things going.

 

thanks!!.. I fixed up the site a bit. I purchased a while back.

IT is wordpress that loaded content with wp autoblog, but that does not work anymore so it is off, plus it just added too many articles and the database got so big.

any other ways to get dynamic posts?

I see, I didn't exactly pick up on the autoblog at first, but I see it now. I'm not sure what kind of writer you are, but I'd try to throw together some unique Beckham-related content on there for a while.

 

I am wondering if I can redo this site and make it more about videos perhaps. It is now, but they are youtube videos.

Is there a way to earn if folks click on videos
or maybe I will sell this site, what do you think it is worth?

Try sites like paypopup.com or any other CPM advertising, or sell ad space on your site.

 

I will suggest go for adsense if u dont have any objectionable content.. I dont feel like wasting my adspace for adbrite or something.. no offence..

 

I would not suggest using autoblog. Users as well as Google and other search engines get turned off by it. Besides, autoblog content looks spammy. Try copying a sentence onto Google and see how many blogs have the same exact sentence...

 

I wouldn't focus real hard on videos. This will not likely make you much money. Already on your home page, the Google adsense is pulling ads with 'Beckham Clips' , 'David Beckham videos' , etc. If you search these terms in Google, there is little or no adwords to speak of. Which means people aren't really buying these keyterms.

Trust me, I have a high traffic videos site. In fact I have owned a couple sites like yours and you are moving in the right direction.

But in the soccer world, it is Soccer Gear, Soccer clothing and Soccer Equipment, Soccer Balls, Soccer Jerseys that are what people are buying adwords for. So I would suggest finding a way to get some content that will lean this way in some articles, and your google adsense should follow. You can do some video stuff, but those pages will likely not convert into big bucks.

You need a good click through ratio for google to pay you the big bucks as well. So drawing people to your articles, they will either read through and stay on your site, or you want them to leave through adsense, not the back button. So get them there with a good content page. Find some niche topics about soccer. Basic rules of soccer, Who invented the soccer ball, etc. These are high searched keyphrases that will lead to good seo content and traffic.

 

is this a beckham site or a soccer site? how about trying to follow things like the ongoing champions league or anything else comming up
