Post at Adult forums with your site as Signature. Its easy to get the first time visitor. The key is with your site's content and design which will make your first time visitor repeated visitor. All the best!

You can't earn until you pay your $200 debt to me buddy, thanks a lot for selling me stolen goods that were bought using stolen credit cards, thank god eBay gave me a refund on my seller fees that are going towards fixing my bank account. How about actually promoting the site with a signature link, getting some natural backlinks, and link exchanges, since you apparently can't afford to pay for advertising.
Best way would probably upload some clean/safe for work videos to upload with your watermark or the url somewhere during the video. Those videos usually get about 15 K views the first week. It can really bring in the traffic.
