I just visited your site...good website, good content, and I like your ads...lol....but, your banner is too large...just use simple logo or banner that brandable your website. Good luck with your site mate.

The content is very good but You could really use a fresher look!

I've quickly designed a new banner for you. I hope you will like and you use it

 

That banner does have to go. It looks like you used something that was made in the 80's.
I would have to change that if it were my site.

The greenish font on the white background is also hard to read, not to mention the colors of the site really don't go well together.
Overall, the site looks nice besides the above mentioned things.
