Do a google search for adult webmaster forums. there are two that come to mind that can help you immensely but I don't know if their links are allowed here. There are also adult ad networks that work like adsense - adbrite has one, but I think with an adult site you need to modify the business plan not to rely on advertiser revenue shares like adsense or adbrite.

Their are few site who provide ads for adult site. You can get it from blacklabelads.com and earn from adult site.
Get your numbers up. Then check out the large adult sites, like, friendfinder, too see what kind of ads they have. Click on them to go to their site so you can send them an e-mail to ask if they too would like to advertise on your site. Also contact advertisers using Google, MSN and Yahoo. I'm sure many of them are looking for more avenues to get the word out about their site.
