    Since google updated their Google Images, I've gotten a 20% bounce in instant traffic starting about 3 days ago. That has translated into about a 20% increase in ADsense earnings over the same time period.

    Coincidence?

    I always link to quality content free of charge out of the goodness of my heart. I like giving people that read my sites access to quality info. I like helping people.

    I guess I'm probably more a stupid dupe with a LOW pr:D

    No one is going to link to a crappy 'made for adsense' site, I get so many link requests every day and most don't even take the time to assign the right category to their link... I don't accept those, I only accept sites with a good level of quality and content.

    I try to consider the web visitors as consumers, would you go to a store that delivers mediocre quality or throws ads in your face all the time?

    But really the web is getting very compettive. As more websites are generated everyday the top keywords are going to become more and more valuable. Most wemasters know that search engine suppremecy is very important. They arent gonna just forfiet that highground easily you know.

    why would you need to beg people to link to you if your site is good enoguh? get traffic, and once people see your site as "useful" it comes naturally. i had three blog readers (not something to shout about, but you get my point) who linked to me and told me they find my writings "impressive".
