This is a site which provide free wordpress theme.There are only some gg adsense on it.How does it make money?Only gg ads?

But they also can sell link at their homepage under "Useful Link"

if you are the creator or owner of the wordpress themes, you can sell footer links to people

if your themes look good and you think they'll become popular you could sell a few footer links for 50$ each
I wouldn't make this a monthly fee, just one-time fee.

otherwise, promote products to help people use wordpress. I'm sure there are quite a few of them
And you should look into making tutorials on how to use wordpress yourself, you could use video to show them how. Maybe through revver or metacafe so you can earn per view
