    it works similarly as websites.
    you upload videos to your youtube account. youtube gives the ability to monetize your video..
    your account should be enable for monetization. than you can create new adsense account or use existing one to add.

    Think of the video as a way of finding interested people. Then at the end of the video, you plug your website and have a link below in the description to click over. It's a two-step process.
