    people thanks for advising me all these thngs......
    But i thnk u ppl didn't visited my blog.
    COz i have already put ads (adsense) on my blog.......

    and i am approx. having 200+ pageviews daily but no earnings.....
    Dunno how to make people clik the ads so that i can earn.
