How to earn from Adsens Search i.e. Google Search

I want to put a google customised search on my website, just wanted to know how i can earn from that ??

I earn for search or i earn for ever clicks on what a surfer search ??

I am really confused and want a solution for the same.

I would just set the search box up so that the web user can only search through pages indexed on your site. This means that they will either visit another page on your site or they will click on an ad that will generate some money for you.
