How to earn cash from movie streaming sites?

    Hi,

    I've created a few movie streaming sites and I'm interested as to how you turn traffic into profit.

    What services out there such as affiliates and advertising etc.. are there that suit this specific industry "movie streaming".

    Please any and all information and advice is highly appreciated.

    Thanks a lot

    P.S please no comments on the legality of the website I'm trying to run unless it involves the advertising companies themselves, for example google adsense.

    Adbrite would probably be a company to look at as would some of the yield manager networks such as Global interactive but they can be a bit picky on sites like yours.

    You can gain cash from the ads which are shown at the begining of the video playing.What's more,when it's poppular,many guys would
    like to put their ads on your website,and then you will benefit much from it.

    I would suggest you sell ads within your video clip.
    Such as when people click to view a video clip,he must complete the survey first before a video is granted to be view

    I actually embed videos from megavideo and other providers so I think it will be rather difficult to overlay advertisements on top of the videos but if theres a way to do it i'd love to hear about it.

    You can sell ad space on your videos like hulu does. They have 15 and 30 seconds ads that display before the movie is played and in the middle of the movie.

    1.) Adsense or other ads revenue sharing
    2.) Allow access to streaming via paid accounts.
    Stream certain movies for FREE and then have another PREMIUM section on your website which is only accessible only via paid users. Stream premium movies there. Keep very low pricing per month, can be 5$ per month or so instead of FREE. If people are happy with your services they will go for low cost monthly options
    3.) If you are not streaming from embed videos of megavideo then one more option is providing streaming as well as download option, In download option , Re-direct people to download the link from PAID servers like who pay for every file download
    4.) Lastly some donation tabs where people can donate you
