    In PTC, we will be paid for clicking the advertisement. For example $0.01 per click. This money will be accumulated as your balance.

    After your balance reach the certain value of money (determined by PTC), you can request the PTC to send your balance to your Paypal.

    The PTC itself get income from the advertiser, and from the members who upgrade their membership.

    paypal might not be the only withdraw option , theres others , alertpay , lr , etc
