in the beginning i made around $1 a month. 1 month before i made $15, Last month it was $25 and this month its is already $6.
I earned that much in my first month but if you only make 10 a month it will take you 10 months to get a check.
I'm making about $19 for the first week. I'm quite surprised that it was a bit more than $4 on the first day itself, because I redirected traffic from my old Geocities website that has been there for quite some time (few years). Now entering the 3rd week, the highest per day is only about $3. Guess I'll have to work harder.
$10 per month is nothing. Just stay positive and build your traffic. You will see you will be making $1 per day. Wanna search for less competitive world. Try to search keywords on Overture and look for topics less than 50,000 and greater than 20,000. Anything out of this range would be avoidable for competition averse people. Nuttymarketer
It really comes down to two things. Lots of content and lots of links. How you go about obtaining those two things is what sets you apart. How much of each will determine how much you make with Adsense. You learn the details from doing, experimenting and tracking results.
"youd need a lot of traffic to make $10 per day, i very seriously doubt you're making that much, unless you click your own ads" This is a total myth. I earn good money on Adsense with not a lot of traffic at all. You just need to write really good content and update it regularly. This is why blogs are good. However, get out of blogger.com and start your own site where you have more control of the code.
Yup... To get more CTR to your website, you should need these three thing. 1. Better content 2. Better traffic 3. Better pagerank
It really is a myth that $10 a day needs a lot of traffic. And great content is not as important as it may seem if you are JUST looking to make adsense income in the short term. I tested an instant adsense site script about a year ago. Script cost me $30, within 30 minutes I had an optimised site of 30 pages, with adsense, RSS feed and amazon. I just left it and moved on to other stuff. Yesterday it got 25 visits and I made nearly $4 !! It makes a dollar or more everyday, is on page 1 for many keywords on MSN and NO GOOGLE TRAFFIC! I just submitted RSS feed to lots of directories. Its just a folder on an odd domain I had doing nothing special. Its a typical rinse/repeat method that will pay off if you are prepared to do the work. Alan
Here's my input, as a newbie: I made nearly $10 in the first month, with no idea what I was doing. However, I did have an existing website, nothing fancy, just a few pages, but it had been sitting there, getting to know GoogleBot, for 6 months or so, and it had about a dozen original articles on it. Once I started to read this forum, my income went up, but that's another story!
Well, that inspires me... I'm on the first step now. $5 / month but I wanna grow that yes, and 5/day it's a first objective, since It'll start paying inet connection + hosting
I've only just got into using Adsense on a website I've built. Prior to this I started earning with blogs. I initially started a blog as I often shopped online with a big UK store and they had discount vouchers which you could use to get money off. These vouchers were spread all over the web, I started a blog so I could put all the vouchers in the same place without having to search for them all. I thought others might be interested and posted a link on a number of forums. From there traffic picked up, it became top in google for a whole load of related searches and my adsense earnings took off. The blog was earning between $25-$50 every day from 4000+ impressions. My advice is to pick a subject your interested in and something that will attract return visitors (e.g. new shopping codes come in and expire all the time so users come back). Good Luck!
a few tips if you post in forum use signature for tell your site maybe someone interst visit in your site and use signature for your site in forum good for up your PR in search engine.
So now you have it. Please use it wisely.. Hope that more traffic will come to your site sooner or later.
Really sorry to say this, but PR has no effect on AdSense earnings whatsoever. PR also has no effect on traffic or CTR or anything like that. Some of my highest earning sites are PR0. PR is an OBSERVER'S INDICATOR - it isn't used in any ranking calculations. The only time it would've had any chance of impacting on calculations is if you were running the co-op.
10$/day sounds nice for a start, what we really want to know is how to make $1000/day -(1 a hundred 10$ sites???)
