Creating youtube videos with targeted titles an optimized descriptions will get you a surge of traffic. I'm sure you've noticed how much Google loves youtube videos. It's hard to do a search that doesn't contain a video in the top ten results.
I reckon the real question is how fast can I get traffic to my site, My question would be what is your purpose to earn cash or get good rankings? Personally I've done it all at least I think I've done it all. If you planned your business you should have set a small budget to promote it. if that is the case I would do solo ads from GOOD people with a GOOD list, bang your in the money, depends on your offer and your test results, build your list and keep building your list that way you have 2 sources of income. Short answer Give Great stuff that works away for free example my sig-file. It all starts with a sales funnel if you going to last anytime at all.
