    In no particular order:

    1. Advertising (AdWords etc.)
    2. SEO
    3. Trackbacks.
    4. BlogExplosion etc.
    5. Writing quality posts and then submitting those to sites like Digg etc.
    6. Put the link in your DP signature and latest blog entry link. Add a link in yuor e-mail signature etc.
    7. Tell all your friends.

    Basically, read the forums regarding marketing of sites.

    I was recently reading briefly about trackbacks, using Blogger ( not on my own domain ) theres no way of taking advantage of this trackbacks thing is there?

    Along with the previous suggestions, some have success in article marketing... submitting articles to article directories with your link to your site in the bio/resource box.

    You'll learn an enormous amount of info by reading this forum.. get your daily dose of reading. :D
