Sometimes I confuse how can I drive traffic for a site. I have worked on my site for months and targeted some keywords like crude oil price, oil futures, etc. I made careful research before I choose the keywords. I think that the keywords get high search already. However, although my site could stand on Google first page with such the keys, it couldn't get good traffic. I helps people check crude oil prices, I think the information is quite helpful. I don't understand why.

May be you need to change your content and due to this your site traffic is not increasing. Make your content interesting so that you get large number of visitors to your site.

 

I know next to nothing about crude oil price and oil futures but I would have thought that those who are in that line of business and who need the kind of information you are providing are already getting it from somewhere they know and trust. If that's the case it may be difficult to persuade them to use your site instead.
