    1. At present you need a budget of $300 to get 1000 clicks, assuming the traffic is there. I think you need to improve your clickthrough rate first.

    2. edit campaign settings - select location targeting - india.

    3. Concentrate on writing Good adverts. Make them stand out. Make sure you have different adgroups for different keywords, leaving only similar ones in the same adgroup together. Make sure the keywords appear in your adverts.
All this should help bring down your CPC.

    4. Better Adverts, more relevant to your keywords.

    5. Sales are conversions.

Also to gain extra traffic, which i think you'll need, expand your keyword list as much as you can whilst still remaining attractive to the right customers.

There are many things you can do to increase the number of clicks that you get for your money, but I would suggest this before you try anything else...

Run an hourly report, and find out how long your budget lasted. If it ran out significantly before the end of the day, then you're bidding too much. Cut your bids until your budget only just runs out (or only just lasts). That will maximise the number of clicks for your spend.

You should set your campaign up to be 'accelerated' advert delivery.

If you want a lot of cheap clicks, try the Content Network - just make sure you read up on it first. It will generally get you cheaper traffic, though the quality may be poor.

Your clickthrough rate is very poor, as ProdRock says. Run a Google search for one of your key terms, and see why nobody is clicking on your advert. Use www.google.com/adpreview to get an accurate picture.

    1000 visitors / 0.30 CPC = $300 budget per day.

Since you said your in the hosting business and with avg CPC of 0.30 I assume you are showing up on pages 2 and up. No front page listings unless your bidding and weird variations of keywords and long tail.

hosting CPC are very high, in the $10 up CPC range, and to be competative and get 1000 visitors per day you need to be more aggressive in positioning.

I recommend doing some extensive market research before proceeding

I would go buy how many sales you want, not just plain visitors, this is a big mistake people using adwords make, (alot of people who just manage client accounts too), more traffic is not necessarily a good thing. More SALES is. Start with your target ROI and work backwards from there to figure out how much you can spend per keyword to get a sale and hit your targets.
I'm guessing that will mean cheaper clicks, but I don't do any business in India.
    1.) set your goal
    2.) calculate your targets
3.) lay down your account management rules
    4.) set up account
    5.) monitor results
    6.) adjust as necessary

The main thing is get out of the 1,000 visitors mindset and into the conversions mindset.

CTR is all about picking the right keywords and MAKING your ad stand out from the rest. Do some research on what your competitors are saying in their ads and make sure yours is a bit different.
Pause your campaign until you figure this out.

A conversion is a sale of your product. You must know how much you're willing to pay for each conversion before you can do anything else. It seems you skipped this most important part! :)
