How to Downloads MP3 and stuff if the Network Admin Guy has blocked all downloads??

    And Proxyserver sites are not working.ie for the download though I can view blocked sites. Is there any workaround?
    Any proxy client etc?

    They have basically blocked MP3 downloads.....

    do you have access to port 21?
    Or can you access cosmopod.com and do your downloading there?

    If you have access to port 21 you can connect to FTP sites
