How to download/upload a site/backup ?

    Now how to download/upload a backup ?
    though my host files are around 30 mb, it is taking ages to download files via ftp. !!! ftp software is taking lot of time to download each and every small/big files ?

    If using cpanel click on backups under files category
    From there select the backup as you like.

    It will much faster than ftp as files are all zipped ;)

    I hope it is not a problem with your ISP..

    As what gsv13 suggest, try zip up all the files first and then download it off to your computer.

    Yes if u have cpanel zip the folder and download that.. or u can do this if u have ssh also..
