Pingomatic is attached to wordpress by default, so u dnt have to go an extra mile for that(correct me if i am wrong). as far as other points are concerned, they are good.
does your site have to be wordpress or blog-based to use pingomatic? or can you use it just for any new article added to a site? anything negative i should know about pingomatic, in terms of how google views this service?
yahoo answers is a great way to get instant traffic...I use it all the time and it works wonder....you just have to be patient and sincere in answering the questions.... thanks for sharing , by the way.
