How to do well in Yahoo?

i don`t thing that backlinks are so important at yahoo

i rank on 2nd place for "no desposit poker bonus" with a new site that have 0 backlinks

having the keywords in your url must be the most important thing there

 

I heard that :
Google said: "China" and "china" are same
Yahoo said: "China" is better than "china"

to tell you the truth, all you need for yahoo are links. and a lot of them. the quality isnt really important

Yahoo and Google has separate algorithm and they require attention and optimizing according to their algorithm.

 

become a yahoo answer active user and keep answering useful question, occasionally share your site url at the source and your site will get the power of yahoo directory and serps at yahoo increase by 100 percent, I am experiencing this now!

 

I purchased a domain & hosting for a website I created a couple years ago & I noticed that I was ranking very high on Yahoo search engine for a number of keywords but I was nowhere to be seen on Google for those same keywords.

Maybe they give preferential treatment to "their own"?
