I have noticed some sites have the same Pr for all there pages for example
ezinearticles even though the page an article is displayed on may have a N/A rank. The back link pointing to a site scores the same as the home page.
Any one know how this is done?

The website linking to ezinearticles has a PR that will be completely independant from that of ezinearticles. If they are both the same this is by pure coinsidance only.
