hello guys i have a script i use it here http://www.ma7mol.com/2007/06/16/iug_zbbe_zbsngd_zbsnng.html the link have the topic title but as you can see its has no meaning (iug_zbbe_zbsngd_zbsnng.html) because i write it in arabic so he replace it with english letters the question is how to make it accept arabic letters ?
I really have no idea. My first thought is that your server should be able to receive arabic requests (apache in arabic) but I just went to some ae sites and if I hover over the links the text altho on screen in arabic is in the link english....so maybe an arabic webmaster can help you with this
Unless I am very much mistaken you can't name an html file in a language other than arabic, just like domain names.
I've seen an url all encoded in UTF-8 characters but it was only working in FF, not in IE7(haven't tried with 6 but I guess it's the same thing). The URL was written in japaneese. Continu looking, it may be possible! Won't you have any problem with arabic language being written from right to left?
Ya Mido! You can only see the text as arabic. The actual filename created is written with the keyboard equivs.
