How to do this?

If you google " john chowblazed-up" for example

Notice how it starts with "blazed-up.com | Need no Introduction » Blog Archive » Even John ..." but going down we see John Chow's "The Seven Habits of Highly Successful Bloggers « John Chow dot Com"
I was wondering how do you make it so the title of the post comes first in search engines instead of the blog name? I remember reading this somewhere but I've forgotten.
