    1. Open image in Photoshop.
    2. Choose Rectangular Marquee Tool
    3. Right click on image - Free transform
    4. Right click - Perspective
    5. Move the corners of image

    (In Photoshop)

    1) Select entire frame with Rectangle Marquee tool
    2) Then select the Move Tool and select the option to Show Bounding Box
    3) Click and hold the control key while at the same time use the mouse to click and drag a corner to where you want it.
    4) Repeat step #3 for the other corner.
    5) Double click image to apply your transformation.
