My question is how pz10 able to use filehippo whole site and change all permalinks?

I imagine that there is a script available for it or something like that, to create a clone.

Its probably a company that rents their download section. I'd say you buy the template/script once and it automatically updates. You can then just add your own ads on the websites. Thats it.
