On the MySpace account http://www.myspace.com/beachmick some of the companies have hyperlinks. How to do this? Rep to the first with a reusable answer!
Yes, I have tried that. I understand it there must be some way to "escape" the special characters within the link to bypass the MySpace controls. It obviously was done with the other links, I'm just not certain as to how.
are you talking about the links in the comments section? If so, they are old links before msplinks started.
I think there are special MySpace scripts if you are talking about the hyperlinks in things such as description, title etc.
He's not talking about the comment links, he's talking about the company links (eg. Sneads Ferry North Carolina News Blog, etc.) MySpace's filters only apply to new content, not to already-existing content. Is it possible that those companies were added before MySpace started filtering the company name for links?
Yes, that is possible. I tend to believe there are characters to place within the hyperlink (e.g. <a href... >text here</a>) code to "escape" similar to that of php code. I just can't find the exact sequence and/or characters to use.
