How to do that like this site?

When i search the www.onlygowns.com in google.

I find the result like attached photos showed.

below the site.there will showed the other directory of this site in the google.

So how to make my site like that?

(PS:the result of the back link just 3518 in the yahoo.

And the total back link just 8000.)
