    Ok man i will help you out i used to work as a broker selling to people over the phone!

    1. You need is to get some scripts printed off ( hello this is a quick call to tell you blah blah blah)

    2. You need staff i suggest you give them a basic wage of about $300 a week this way you will only get good staff :)

    3. You need to buy data this is the most important thing it needs to be targeted to the right people forexample if its it related get in touch with a isp (internet service provider) in the usa asking to buy customers numbers, if your promoting you wont needs names just numbers. This alone will cost you between $0.01/$0.05 per phone number

    4. You need an office dont forget :)
