There are many ways of improving the keywords ranking and it totally depends on your experience. From my years of experience, I would recommend you that do strong On-page activities for your eCommerce website, then focus on quality natural backlinks. In starting, you must focus on long tail keywords and then try to do work for short tail keywords.

The main pillars for the best SEO strategy are almost the same for any kind of shop. And from what you wrote, I think you have no idea what SEO is at all, since you're asking basically "How can I sell more using SEO", and that's the wrong question. The correct question is, based on nowadays SEO best practices, which are the ones that I must pay more attention since I have an ecommerce store that sells electronics".

I think you should analyze your opponent's website and find out why they have higher rank than you ( keywords, design, seo...). I often find my opponent's website on siterank.me . Siterank gives you useful information about both your website and your opponent such as alexa rank, bounce rate, google index...and even Adsense earning. And then you can find the most suitable keyword, tittle for your site. Good luck!!!
