    the english keywords could drive the traffic for you.. so i prefer to use the english meta for your website for getting the attention of the search engines.

    For any language including Hindi website, what you need is back-links with your keywords as anchor text.

    Now when we talk about Hindi website, you can put your hindi anchor text in anchor field and try to get some links from hindi websites.

    Its really a unique idea to have a website in regional language, there are many guys who prefer to read contents in their native language.
