There are a few automation plugins out there, but the best thing to do is learn HTML, CSS then learn how to use the Slice tool within Photoshop and paste it accross!

Photoshop >> use Slice Tool to cut out as your plan >> Save as Web
Use other tools to complete all thing. (maybe Dreamweaver)

It's the simplest you can do!

Using software is completely foolish idea. Why? because when you design your website in PHOTOSHOP and use plugin converter like divine then it will actually cut your pages in to images. Where using of images for template is not a good idea. What you can create with photoshop can be easily and intelligently achieved from CSS2.1. The later version of CSS3 even supports more thing. It can even be replacement for flash.

As burnash suggested, learn HTML and CSS. If you don't want to then PM me i'll do it for you at cheapest price. With backend coding as well.

Learn the slice tool. Personally, I would just find a freelancer to do it for you if it's not something you are going to be doing often.

yes using photoshop it will create a table coding, but if you want to Add links on top of them then you have to learn css and make the image as background and add text/links on top of images.

This is a silly way of doing it. I suggest before all, to learn HTML and CSS. Don't download any programs. Just test it out with some small images, putting pages together, and so on; once you've done this, all you need to do is open photoshop, use the slice tool, cut the layout/template however you want it, save it as images only, and then create and design it yourself, this way there can be no flaws if you know how to code correctly. (Such as using the correct sizes for images, dimensions, etc.)

If you don't want to learn HTML or CSS, you'll either have to hire a freelancer, or company to do it for you, for it may be too hard for you to figure out the most simple solutions for someone whom has a basic knowledge of the two.

    Just my two cents.

It is not downloading programs to do it. its an editor like dreamweaver for some auto-complete feature and suggestions.

You're suggesting that fluor would export the template in Photoshop, if I'm not mistaken? I'm just suggesting not to have any programs code your website for you. You should learn how to do it yourself, mainly for personalization purposes.

use photoshop for slicing the images or the webpage. then use dreamweaver program for converting psd file to html. slice the images or the webpage on photoshop, after you have sliced the images, hit save for the web under file.you should know how to use the slice tool in photoshop for you to have an easy time slicing the images.
