    I got some confusion that How to do perfect url rewritting in search engine optimization due to that i will get the boost in ranking of my targeted keywords.

    use your most appropriate keyword in URL writing. Put - instead of _.

    but how i can use it in dynamic website to optimize my keywords, becuase my website is related to shopping cart and I want to pass products Id in url, so let me give proper suggestion on this topic.

    If your shopping site has unfriendly URL's you can use mod-rewrite to change the page names.

    use mod_rewrite and rewrite your URL's..........make sure that your URL's do not show the number in them like www.dom/com/123lkado432045.htm or such lik try to make it more conversative like .com/keep+secrets...........it must help a visitor to know that what is on the particular page......
