hi guys i have made a new blog www.sciencemagz.com now i want to do seo i have done online that is keyword research etc but i am not positioning on those keywords they are very low traffic rank keywords till then i am not able to rank . so now i have decided of link building can anyone tell me how to do link building i know basic that is directory submission etc but i have decided to spend some money on pr3-4-5 links so can anybody instruct me how the stuuf works while buying any important info so that i dont get any loss . thanks in advance

i guess your main keyword is science news.If so get links in top quality sites related to your site.It is always better to get in content links though.These things can be really confusing if you are a newbie.If you do not have time it is better to get a professional to do these things.Do not spoil the site by doing too much link building in a short time.Its worth spending on it if you value your site and want to make most out of it.

dont waste your money on PR links. most people sell PR links sell them on pages with 25-10 other external links giving your link almost zero value. also, buying PR links cannot be a long term solution. focus on building quality contextual backlinks which are often free. there are ton of social media and web 2.0 sites where you can publish content with your backlinks. also there are article directories where tou can submit articles as well with your anchor text. my suggestion is to utilize all the free link building methods available which should be good enough to get ranked for low competitive terms

I'd like to add to this, if I may. Check out where their links page is, if they have one. If your link page is very visible but theirs isn't, it won't benefit you in two ways. One, no one will ever visit your site from their site; two, links pages usually have no page rank at all, so it's not going to give you the kind of boost you think it might. The thing with most links pages is that they're not optimized for anything, which counts more than PR anyway. So, at least hope to be visible, and offer the same thing to someone else.
there are a few true and tried methods and i am supprised nobody meantioned them: 1. there is a section on this forum called links sale - i guess thats a good way to start getting links. some guys do permanent link sales. 2. go through yuor competitors backlinks and try to get your site link from the same sites.
These can all be the best that you can do for now. I don't think buying links is a good idea now. Try other link building techniques first such as the ones mentioned by johngfcarey.
