Hey guys. Could someone tell me how to do Link Development for my PR-0 travel site (2 years). It seems hard even to get a reciprocal link for a PR-0 site. Please help me.

You need to start to buy some links or submit your links to free directories and other sites. No one will exchange link with a PR0 website, unless you have large traffic, which is unlikely.

if you have extra buck you can buy/submit on paid directory.
if not. you can try blog commenting, find free directory and submit it..
    do social bookmarking.

You can try look for guest posting opportunities. If you can provide people with something that they want to publish then you may be able to get a credit link back to you. Although most of the guest posting opportunities I've seen are very selective about what they will accept. Worth a shot nonetheless, especially if you can't think of any other way.

submit some articles to some article directories. This is a good place to start and don't be afraid to also promote your articles, plus one them on google and social sites. Just a few things that can help you out a little bit.

Thanks, nao9. The traffic is another problem for my site. So, as you know, I’ve got used to their rejection.

Thanks, suwandichen13. Any paid DIR recommendation for a travel site? How to find the related blogs?

Thanks for your suggestion, Bob. I will try my luck.

Thanks very much. That may be a good way for a site without PR rating.

Thanks, Cyber. I have tried, but…

Hey 2 years is long enough! By that time you should have a PR 4 at least.. Have you tried checking if there's an crawl error on your site. Try to do on site review and SEO.

Since April, 2012, exactly. Google indexed page: 1100. Alexa Rank: around 2,200,000. Some reciprocal link and No quality backlink. Due to the PR-0, difficult to exchange link. That's the truth.
