You Should do Keywords Research through Keywords planner tools and also you need to do select keywords from that then after discuss with client select those types of keywords who are not high competitors but have good traffic.
Hey there For a free keyword tool then the Google Keyword Planner is good. However, it will only take you so far in your keyword research efforts. People don’t normally just search for one word, e.g., ‘business’ often it is more likely going to be a longer phase or more commonly referred to as a long-tail keyword such as ‘best business tool planner’ (just as an example) You want to try and rank for words you think people will be using to search to help find you and your website. Not easy at all and not what you would probably think. It is not all about the best long-tail keywords, the question is which ones will you have a better chance of ranking for? Without the right tools almost impossible to do. For example, maybe ‘best keyword tool planner’ has say 200,000 searches a month (this is just an example at the top of my head to make a point). And maybe ‘best business keyword tool planner’ has only 20,000 searches a month (again made up example). Perhaps you would automatically assume it should be the first one, however, this may not be necessarily correct. Why? There may already be far too many people using the same term so the competition is already too fierce. Secondly, those other websites may be more established than yours. Thirdly, they may have more backlinks than you. Finally, other sites may be more established than your own (Google and other search engines like sites that have been around for longer and secondly those that are updated with fresh (unique) content regularly, the reason why it's a great idea to have a blog. Therefore, it might be better to go for the less competitive one. Why? Firstly, you would have a better chance of ranking for it, e.g., being ‘seen’ by search engines. Secondly, I would say anything over 10,000 is a good keyword phrase to go with, my personal opinion from experience. Imagine, you could find out not how many people use it and exactly how competitive these keywords are, also How many descriptions the keyword(s) are in. How many titles the keyword(s) are shown. How many headings it appears in. What the exact figures are in percentage terms. Getting figures in a color that can clearly show you which ones are far better to rank. All this (and far more information) can be found with a keyword tool called 'Webfire'. I have done a couple of blog posts on this and you’re more than welcome to check them out if you wish. What I would say is make sure you pick a good keyword planner tool, (whichever one you decide to choose), give yourself the best chance of ranking for that particular keyword(s). All the best. Harvey.
