how to do it

    Hi,
    I have asked this question in many forums as well as to Q&A sites. However i have not recieved a correct response, so i hope to strike lucky here.

    Can anyone provide me a step-by-step procedure of designing a comment form. I know that this requires server scripts but taking any example can you please explain it to me or point me to the tutorial?

    Heres a great resource for a php contact form, if you go to last page, page 4 it allows you to download everything shown, so that way you can pretty much upload it your site and your ready to go. Here is the URL:
