    The best website for anchor text is your own site or Google.

    With Google it is a matter of getting yout "title tags" right and with your own website it is a matter of getting your internal anchor text linking correct and most useful and beneficially matched up for pages and search queries.

    there are of course other factors, especially those in regards to others external sites
