You can't. In fact, I don't think the sponsored listings even show in the UK. With a 4% share of the UK search engine market, one might think they are pretty darn careless to be ignoring £millions revenue staring them in the face. From an email to them on the same topic "Ask Sponsored listings are currently only distributed in the US and Canada. In the current release of Ask Sponsored Listings we do not have a more granular geo targeting option. Fortunately we have found that our advertisers are able to successfully geo target their campaigns by adding geo terms to their keywords, titles, and descriptions. Implementing this strategy can also significantly increase CTR and conversions."
