well, I wouldn't say there's no such thing as easy thing, but i definitely do things slowly. do not submit to everywhere so suddenly, it's the only thing i want to contribute, I got my adsense account suspended for easy SEO submissions. thank god I was one of the few survivors to get my account re-instated because I suddenly understood what I did wrong and correct it. now, I do things slowly and steadily. hope that helps.
