Hey guys , so recently i bought a game currency in silkroadonline game(for those who knows) I have paid 68$ in total , and received half of my stuff after 2 days of waiting ( note that its 48 hours as stated on site) Another half of stuff i bought didnt arrive at all , after AT LEAST i succedd talking to a GM which also ignored me afterwards and didnt do anything im done with asking for help from them Also its 2 weeks since their servers have huge delays and nobody offers a help or answers me at all.. I succedd PMing 2 times a GM but they just refused to help me saying its not their problem. Im very pissed off , and id want my money back , but have no idea how to chargeback at all , and what do i need for that... BIG THANKS for those that can help me.
If you are using credit cards, issue a chargebacks via them. If you have proof, receipt, and the one you pay have a real address company, issue dispute and claims via paypal (assuming you use paypal) and your banks.
Feel free to dispute, but judging from the fact you have no card added - it is safe to assume you are unverified and since you are unverified, filing a dispute or claim may very well get your own account limited, leaving you even further behind than before. In short, you may be screwed!
Well the reality is always diffrent in case of PEON. I was cheated manytimes in terms of fake chargeback done to me after using hosting, vpn of mine. Over 90% of the PEON members on forum are very risky in terms of transacting.
Not sure I understand. Did you pay with paypal or a credit card. If you paid with paypal, log into your paypal account, find the transaction and issue a dispute. If you did it with a credit card, call your bank and ask them to issue a chargeback. In either case, make sure you have all your records.
Buyer will 99 % win non - tangible good chargeback. So if you are unhappy file it , u will win . Im a seller and this is the thing i hate about paypal .
