You can signup for Google Adsense only if your websites have good traffic/visitors and only after you have sufficient quality content. Else, it would be very difficult to get approved with a new blogger blog. (Suggest you to have a .com domain as well) Infolinks is one of the best alternative. Chitika, Media.net etc.
You can sign up to adsense or qadabra.com. They have good banner ads for blog. you can also sell your blog space using buysellads or its alternatives
