I have a little question im my mind. when i show google ads on my blog the ads are not related to post. they are mixed up with some spamy ads that are shown every time. any procedure to show google ads relevant to my post and blog. do i have to add meta tags, key words or any thing. if so then please guide me with full instruction thank in advance.
have you tried "section targeting"? https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=23168
@cheeta.admin 1) Is your post long enough for Google to find relevant ads for your article? At least 300-400 words to get good relevant ads. 2) Is your site targeted towards 1 single niche or is it a general site? If it is a general site, then you Google ads on the homepage will not be targeted. Change the setting to display 1 single post on a page for the most relevant ads.
just check this please hxxp://mycatarticles.blogspot.com/ im still having prob. when i go to older post then it shows cat relevant ads please tell me what should i do ? try both steps.
"Cats" is not a niche where you will find a lot of advertisers. When I search Google for "cats" from an Indian IP address, I don't see any ads. When I search using a US proxy, I see 4 ads. If there aren't many advertisers in your niche, the ads shown by Google may sometimes be irrelevant.
yeah adsense is a little touchy and you just have to follow the rules. i dont see any ads either using cat
you must add the relevent content in your title of blog. This is the key, you know content is like God. THANKS.
thank you all, that mean i didnt have to do any thing with my blog it will auto pick post related ads
