You should organize your ad groups in Google AdWords by each product, brand or service you offer. You’ll assign specific k/w that are appropriate for each product, brand, or service so that relevant keywords trigger relevant ads.

I have experimented with various account structures over the years and I have came to the conclusion that having campaigns by medium is the best. For example: Search, Mobile, Display would be your campaigns and then within each campaign I would have ad groups based around themes or categories on your website. As more conversions pass through the campaigns you can switch to campaign optimizer which can help to bring your CPA down to an acceptable level. Hope this helps!

    I agree with tim.
Moreover, pay attention to the keyword's Match Type.
When using Google's campaign optimizer I find it useful to create a campaign / ad group structure called "match type silos"

As for the landing page - it looks very attractive :)
If you want to increase the conversion rate ( # of paying users / # of visitors ) you might consider adding a "Book now" button, and split-test on its size, location, design and text.

The best approach of structuring a campaign is to divide all your keywords with relevant landing pages. There is no sense of making a large campaign with all the targeted keywords. Instead, make several ad groups accordingly. Match type plays an important role like if you think that broad match keywords are driving more traffic, then you should create a separate ad group for that.
