How to distinguish between organic and PPC with awstats

I was looking at the "links from an internet search engine" section and I was wondering whether PPC links from adwords and YSM are included. Does anyone know?

Good question. Not sure how AWstats does things but as far as I am aware the referrer from google does not indicate whether the click has come from an organic click or from an adword click - hence google analytics unique position in the Stats market. I'd assume that AWStats really only has the referrer to work from and hence it probably cannot make the distinction you are after.

    Hi,

"Links from a search engine" does not distinguish clicks from Google organic search results and clicks from AdWords.

I create special URL's for landing pages and use an AWStats extra section to get more detailed stats.
