How to display XML feed in wordpress?

After 2 days researching how to display these feeds in wordpress, I found nothing! :-(
Can someone please explain to me how to display these feeds in WP?

It is not exactly clear what needs to be done. Do you want to extract content from the xml files and display them on your website ?
