I'm not positive, but I think this is the best solution on the industry right now. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress/ Awseome that they can do this. Tis the future.
I also think that JW player has the ability to show pre and post video ads. I am not sure if the plugin mentioned above does it, but you can check out longtailvideo.com the home of JW player for more documentation and example use cases.
You can do that with the commercial version of JW player but it also requires the ad platform addon (wich is about $199????)
